Our mission is to build the pipeline of tomorrow’s diverse business leaders by giving talented individuals from underrepresented groups the tools and strategies to launch and accelerate their careers.
Research shows that women and people from underrepresented groups face unique challenges in the workplace that lead to attrition along the path to senior leadership. We make a difference.
We work with leading corporations and non-profits to identify and nominate RISE participants. We help companies develop their next generation of leaders by supporting their professional development training needs and diversity hiring. Our program is designed to build the functional, interpersonal, and technical skills required to establish early career success and long term performance.
