Entering the workplace, especially as a woman, is hard and often filled with lots of challenges with very little resources. You often find yourself without a good plan to develop your strengths, improve your weaknesses, and unsure how to advance professionally. This is all while having a lot of high expectations set upon you, both by your company and yourself. That is why RISE has been so vital in the acceleration of my career. It has provided me not just a space to ask questions about professional situations or resources on how to identify my strengths so I can better channel them, it has provided me a community of ambitious friends that have been always willing to help me rise.
