Bryana Barry - Head of Coaching
Bryana is pursuing her Master’s in Learning and Organizational Change and a certificate in Organizational and Leadership Coaching from Northwestern University’s School of Education and Social Policy. She is also a founder of Glass Bridge Solutions focusing on coaching multifaceted leaders. Before deciding to pursue her master’s, she was a theatrical company manager facilitating several widely acclaimed shows including Hamilton (Eliza Tour), Dear Evan Hansen (Broadway), and the regional Oregon Shakespeare Festival.
Bryana received her BA in Theatre from Northwestern University’s School of Communication and is also a graduate of the Business Bridge Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Bryana is a member of the RISE Career Launch Senior Leadership Team and serves as the Head of Coaching.

Lucy is a Program Manager, Product Inclusion at Netflix. Originally from Pasadena, Texas, Lucy is a first-generation college graduate from Trinity University and joined Teach For America in New Orleans as a Bioethics Teacher and, later, a Dean of Student Investment.
She graduated with her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and was the recipient of the Charles I. Lebovitz Award and Julia Stell Award for her contributions to Tuck. Lucy remains passionate about education equity and volunteers with mission aligned organizations such as Nuestra Voz, Our Voice and soon Let’s Get Ready.
Dia Draper - Senior Advisor
Dia is a CLCC certified coach and the founder of Draper & Co. Consulting. She graduated from UVA, where she developed a passion for the intersection of leadership, business and education, which she is fortunate to pursue as an educator and entrepreneur.
Dia received her BS and MS in accounting prior to joining PWC and Deloitte in their elite tax consulting groups. She is an alumna of NOLS, Semester at Sea, Leadershape and a two-time TEDx speaker.

Jillian Fishman - Chief Operations Officer
Jillian Fishman is a Senior Manager at Wayfair, where she leads a team that curates Wayfair’s Exclusive Brands and merchandises all marketing channels for Home Improvement and Branded Housewares. Before her current role, Jillian led the Kitchen category, including a 15+ cross-functional team and the largest manufacturers of cookware and bakeware globally.
Prior to joining Wayfair, Jillian was an Associate Brand Manager at General Mills, where she had P&L ownership for three cereal businesses – Reese’s Puffs, Kix, and Blasted Shreds – totaling over $175 million in sales. She also led innovation for Cheerios, including 10 new flavor and limited edition launches.
Before attending business school, Jillian was a Manager at Reputation Institute, a corporate reputation and brand strategy consultancy. Prior to Reputation Institute, Jillian held consulting roles at global market research and strategic communication advisory, Penn Schoen Berland (part of WPP) and Quatt Associates, a management consulting firm specializing in executive compensation in the nonprofit sector.
Jillian earned her B.A. in International Relations from Brown University and her M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She is also a proud graduate of the Tuck Business Bridge Program and serves as Chief Operations Officer for RISE Career Launch.
Caitlin Flohr - Associate Coach
Caitlin graduated from Connecticut College in 2019 with a major in History and a double minor in Economics and Mandarin Chinese. After graduation, she entered Citi's analyst rotational program where she was a global product manager for Trade Supplier Finance and then in TMT Sales. Caitlin then re-joined the Trade on the Global Trade Product Commercialization team focusing on product go-to-market strategy and client impact. In her free time she enjoys running her food instagram (@flohred_food) to help other people realize that anyone can cook and bake - good food doesn't have to be complicated!

Juliana Harrison - Program Manager
Juliana Harrison is a Program Manager in the Center for Integration of Science and Industry at Bentley University. In this role, she is responsible for a variety of administrative, programming, and communications work to ensure smooth operation of the Center. This includes effective coordination and support of the Center’s meetings, events, filing system, publications, website, social media, budget, and external relationships. Prior to joining Bentley, Juliana completed several marketing internships at Stanley Black & Decker (Corporate Marketing Intern), Beacon Building Products (Marketing Associate Intern), and Switch (Content Marketing Intern).
Juliana earned her B.S. in Marketing and Liberal Studies (Health & Industry) from Bentley University and her M.B.A. from Bentley University’s McCallum Graduate School of Business. She also studied abroad with Semester at Sea and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma.

Lynne is a 30-year experienced marketing, operations, strategy, and management executive with a track record of meeting and exceeding return-on-investment goals while delivering tangible results. She is a strategic leader with functional experience managing integrated B2B and B2C marketing teams, sales and service call centers, and business operations using metrics and measurements to meet targets. Lynne’s unique skill set delivers both strategy and execution with significant experience in start-up, regional, national, and global environments including having co-founded an online cybersecurity training and education company. She currently works as a fractional CMO with companies in the financial services and technology sectors.
Lynne has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College.
Dipti Kuppalli - Coach
Dipti is a Director at Concentric by Ginkgo, an organization within Boston based Ginkgo Bioworks, focused on using modern tools of biotechnology to counter biological threats in all forms across the world. Dipti leads the development of new product offerings and go to market strategies at Concentric. Previously, Dipti worked in life science consulting, providing strategic recommendations and analytic services for pharmaceutical and biotech clients across business functions and therapeutic areas.
She graduated with her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. At Tuck, she was an Admissions Interviewer, Admitted Students Weekend Chair, Healthcare Club Chair, and Community Consultant where she worked with local non-profits in the Upper Valley. She received her undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland, College Park in Finance and Operations. Dipti is passionate about health equity and empowering young women to reach their personal and professional goals. She currently lives in Baltimore, MD with her husband, energetic toddler, and loveable goldendoodle.

Kayanat Paracha - Coach
Kayanat Paracha is the Associate Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Tuck School of Business. In this role, Kayanat focuses on strategic implementation of key priorities, community engagement, and program development and assessment. Kayanat joined Dartmouth College in June of 2019 and most recently served as an Assistant Dean within the Office of Pluralism and Leadership (OPAL).
Kayanat earned a BA in Anthropology, with a minor in Women's Studies from DePauw University, and an M.S.Ed. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington. Prior to joining Dartmouth, Kayanat was a Program Coordinator at the Posse Foundation in Chicago.

Gail Ayala Taylor - Founder
With 25+ years of experience as a marketing professor at top academic institutions in the U.S. and abroad, Dr. Taylor has educated countless undergraduates, MBAs, senior managers and CEOs. Having taught at a large public institution (University of Georgia), a private research university (Northwestern), a floating college (Semester at Sea) and her current position at an Ivy league institution (Dartmouth, Tuck School of Business), she has witnessed firsthand the gap students face as they transition from undergrad to first jobs. Though well-equipped academically, many students need help going from a structured academic learning environment to an experiential learning work environment.
Dr. Taylor created the RISE Career Launch Programs to give early career individuals from underrepresented groups tools to accelerate earning their place on the career fast track.
Dr. Taylor received her Ph.D. degree in Marketing from Florida State University where she was a McKnight Fellow. She holds a BA in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management and an MBA in Marketing, both from Michigan State University.
