RISE helped me to elevate my professional development from day one, providing a method to frequently plug in and assess my progress on important foundational skills and habits as well as a group of mentors and peers to lean into while processing experiences. I have come to count on my RISE family when analyzing opportunities, celebrating successes and navigating challenges. I have learned from 30 years worth of early career experience while working for only two myself. I am thrilled to be a part of the journey of so many wonderful fellows.
